靜泰,男,1963年出生,滿族,哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)博士畢業(yè)。燕山大學(xué)電氣工程學(xué)院博士生導(dǎo)師,2007年加入上海交通大學(xué),現(xiàn)為上海交通大學(xué)特聘教授,科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展研究院副院長,“系統(tǒng)控制與信息處理”教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室副主任。
IEEE高級會員,中國自動化學(xué)會理事,中國人工智能學(xué)會理事,中國人工智能學(xué)會《智能控制與智能管理》副主任委員,國際期刊IEEE Trans. on System, Man & Cybernetics-C副主編;《自動化學(xué)報(bào)》、《控制理論與應(yīng)用》、《控制與決策》等多個(gè)國內(nèi)期刊編委。
研究
關(guān)新平教授多年來一直工作在教學(xué)與科研第一線,目前研究方向--魯棒控制理論:(1)時(shí)滯系統(tǒng)的魯棒控制(2)非線性系統(tǒng)的魯棒控制(3)非線性時(shí)滯系統(tǒng)的智能控制;非線性系統(tǒng)混沌控制與保密通訊;小波分析及其應(yīng)用研究;網(wǎng)絡(luò)智能控制。
課程
先后主講本科生及研究生課程12門,將“小波理論與應(yīng)用”及“魯棒控制理論與應(yīng)用”的成果充實(shí)到教學(xué)之中。取得了良好的教學(xué)效果。他所參與修改的的研究生教材《線性系統(tǒng)理論》第二版被列為國家教委九五重點(diǎn)圖書,并獲全國優(yōu)秀科技圖書獎(jiǎng)及第11屆中國圖書獎(jiǎng)。先后指導(dǎo)博士生4名、協(xié)助指導(dǎo)博士生1名、指導(dǎo)碩士生18名。出版專著1部、主編教材一部。
