中科院博士導(dǎo)師
吳劍峰 中科院博士導(dǎo) 師。男,中國(guó)科學(xué)院理化技術(shù)研究所研究員,所科技委員會(huì)、學(xué)位委員會(huì)委員,制冷與低溫工程研究中心主任。1982年畢業(yè)于浙江大學(xué),長(zhǎng)期主要從事制冷與低溫工程方面的研究。主要研究領(lǐng)域:制冷與低溫工程 1. 混合物工質(zhì)制冷及應(yīng)用技術(shù)研究,包括新循環(huán)、工質(zhì)組篩選和優(yōu)化,混合物工質(zhì)低溫膨脹器件、換熱器和新型部件研究,復(fù)雜循環(huán)的匹配,流程的結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化及實(shí)用化; 2. 制冷與低溫工程中的工程熱物理基礎(chǔ)研究,包括混合物工質(zhì)的兩相流動(dòng)、傳熱傳質(zhì)、相平衡及熱物性,混合物工質(zhì)制冷中的動(dòng)態(tài)模擬,低溫下微小尺度上的傳熱傳質(zhì),制冷技術(shù)中的節(jié)能,低溫絕熱技術(shù); 3. 低溫下參數(shù)的精確控制及低溫系統(tǒng),包括雙自由度控制理論和系統(tǒng),復(fù)雜空間的流場(chǎng)、熱物性分布和均勻性設(shè)計(jì),低溫流體在復(fù)雜管線中的傳輸和不穩(wěn)定性控制; 4. 新型制冷方法探索,包括新型磁制冷系統(tǒng)及材料特性,磁制冷系統(tǒng)中磁制冷材料與載冷工質(zhì)的匹配,新型熱聲制冷。

吳劍峰,對(duì)外經(jīng)貿(mào)大學(xué)跨國(guó)并購(gòu)研究中心主任,中國(guó)企業(yè)發(fā)展案例研究中心副主任,對(duì)外經(jīng)貿(mào)大學(xué)國(guó)際商學(xué)院企業(yè)管理系副教授,美國(guó)普渡大學(xué)(Purdue University)管理學(xué)博士(企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理專業(yè))。主要講授企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論與實(shí)務(wù)、中國(guó)企業(yè)跨國(guó)并購(gòu)與重組,F(xiàn)為美國(guó)管理學(xué)會(huì)(Academy of Management)、戰(zhàn)略管理學(xué)會(huì)(StrategicManagement Society)和國(guó)際中國(guó)管理研究會(huì)(IACMR)會(huì)員。主要研究領(lǐng)域涉及高新技術(shù)企業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)與創(chuàng)新、企業(yè)并購(gòu)整合等。先后主持和參與國(guó)家級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目四項(xiàng),主要研究成果發(fā)表在Asia PacificJournal of Management、Journal of Business Research、《經(jīng)濟(jì)科學(xué)》、《南開(kāi)管理評(píng)論》、《財(cái)貿(mào)經(jīng)濟(jì)》、《管理學(xué)報(bào)》、《科學(xué)決策》等國(guó)內(nèi)外核心期刊上。已培訓(xùn)與咨詢企業(yè)包括IBM、英國(guó)電信、德國(guó)西門(mén)子、三星集團(tuán)、國(guó)家開(kāi)發(fā)投資公司、中國(guó)鋁業(yè)、中國(guó)有色金屬總公司、中海油集團(tuán)、中國(guó)航空第二集團(tuán)、航天三院、中國(guó)印鈔造幣總公司、國(guó)家物資儲(chǔ)備局、中國(guó)航空油料集團(tuán)公司等。
