簡(jiǎn)歷
1991年畢業(yè)于大連理工大學(xué)材料系。1994年獲得大連理工大學(xué)工學(xué)碩士學(xué)位。2005年獲得中國(guó)科學(xué)院金屬研究所材料物理與化學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)的博士學(xué)位。
2001年3月起任職于中國(guó)科學(xué)院金屬研究所沈陽(yáng)材料科學(xué)國(guó)家實(shí)驗(yàn)室。2006-2007年,在德國(guó)Max-Planck微結(jié)構(gòu)物理研究所從事功能薄膜、多層膜及超點(diǎn)陣的電子顯微學(xué)方面的研究。
曾獲中國(guó)科學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)(2005);金屬研究所師昌緒二等獎(jiǎng)(2005)。SYNL優(yōu)秀論文獎(jiǎng)(2006)。
在包括Acta Materials, Appl. Phys. Lett., J. Mater. Res.; Phil. Mag. Lett 等SCI檢索的國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表論文60余篇。譯著《走進(jìn)材料科學(xué)》中一章。
