申請者近幾年來，一直從事聚合物合成方面的研究，2006年主持完成國家自然科學(xué)基金青年基金一項(xiàng)（高分子量低成本乳酸共聚物的合成新方法研究），作為項(xiàng)目主要研究人員參加國家、省部級項(xiàng)目多項(xiàng)。
在教學(xué)方面，多年來先后主講本科生《復(fù)合材料學(xué)》、《復(fù)合材料制品成型工藝及設(shè)備》、研究生《高聚物分子設(shè)計(jì)與合成》、《材料的界面與表面》以及工程碩士的《高分子合成與改性》等多門課程，并指導(dǎo)了多名本科生和研究生的畢業(yè)論文。
