1982年-1986年山東大學化學系 理學學士。
1986年-1989年山東大學應用化學系 理學碩士。
1994年-1997年吉林大學無機合成與制備化學國家重點實驗室 理學博士。
1989年-1994年 山東大學應用化學系（化學與化工學院）助教、講師。
1997年-1999年山東大學化學與化工學院副教授。
1999年至今山東大學化學與化工學院教授（校關鍵崗、教授二級崗）、博士生導師、無機化學、材料化學學科學術帶頭人、曾去美國、德國、烏克蘭和加拿大作短期學術交流與訪問。
2012年12月起任山東大學化學與化工學院副院長。
中國材料研究學會青委會常務理事，首屆中國繞月探測工程應用專家委員會成員。
主講課程
材料化學（本科）、納米材料化學（碩士研究生）、納米材料化學進展（博士研究生）。
研究方向
主要從事無機納米結(jié)構(gòu)材料的教學和科研工作，包括無機納米結(jié)構(gòu)材料的液相化學法合成，探討納米材料的形成過程和機理及影響納米材料的物相結(jié)構(gòu)和顆粒性質(zhì)的因素，納米材料的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)與物理和化學性質(zhì)的關系。

項目
承擔并完成了國家及省部級科研課題十四項（累計科研經(jīng)費560余萬元），目前作為課題負責人在研的課題有：1）教育部新世紀優(yōu)秀人才計劃：氧化物納米材料的控制合成（50萬元）；2）國家自然科學基金：新型空心納米結(jié)構(gòu)材料的控制合成及各向異性（26萬元）；3）民口配套項目：氧化鋯氣凝膠塊體隔熱材料（115萬元）4）中烏合作項目：納米催化劑材料及其在二次能源材料和環(huán)境保護中的應用。
