1994年9月至2001年7月就讀于湖南師范大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院,獲得生物教育學(xué)學(xué)士和植物學(xué)碩士文憑。2001年9月至2004年7月就讀于中國(guó)科學(xué)院華南植物園,獲得理學(xué)博士文憑。碩博士攻讀期間一直從事水稻發(fā)育生物學(xué)的研究。主要應(yīng)用蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)、細(xì)胞學(xué)和免疫組織化學(xué)技術(shù)對(duì)水稻小孢子發(fā)育過(guò)程中的蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)和細(xì)胞學(xué)及組織化學(xué)進(jìn)行比較研究,能較好的把握水稻科學(xué)發(fā)展前沿,在此研究基礎(chǔ)上已有多篇文章發(fā)表。2004.12到2007.8期間,申請(qǐng)者在中山大學(xué)進(jìn)行了2年多的博士后研究工作。博士后研究期間主要從事龍葵蛋白酶抑制劑SaPIN2a及SaPIN2b基因功能方面的研究。在前期研究的基礎(chǔ)上已經(jīng)獲得了一些較為重要的實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),部分實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)已經(jīng)整理成文并在 u2018Plant Cell and Physiologyu2019、 u2018Bioscience, Biotechnology and Biochemistryu2019和u2018International Journal Molecular Scienceu2019國(guó)際刊物上發(fā)表。同時(shí),還參與了一些經(jīng)濟(jì)動(dòng)植物分子標(biāo)記的研究與開發(fā)工作。2008年到2009年曾經(jīng)在新加坡國(guó)立大學(xué)植物分子生物學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室進(jìn)行了為期一年的訪問學(xué)習(xí),所在實(shí)驗(yàn)室的組長(zhǎng)曾經(jīng)是新加坡十大杰出青年中科學(xué)界的代表。學(xué)習(xí)期間主要分析HAP轉(zhuǎn)錄因子在植物中的結(jié)合轉(zhuǎn)錄模式,主要研究結(jié)果已在國(guó)際知名刊物 u2018Development Cellu2019 發(fā)表,本人排名第三。2009年回國(guó)后主要從事水稻功能基因的開發(fā)和利用及小分子RNA功能的研究,相關(guān)的小分子RNA Osa-miR393生物學(xué)功能的研究工作已經(jīng)在PLoS ONE發(fā)表。在多年的學(xué)習(xí)和工作生涯中,申請(qǐng)人已積累了細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)和分子生物學(xué)等多種方面的研究技能,熟悉和掌握了本項(xiàng)目涉及的大部分實(shí)驗(yàn)方法和技術(shù),在國(guó)內(nèi)外刊物發(fā)表文章近30篇,其中SCI收錄文章十多篇,申請(qǐng)國(guó)際發(fā)明專利1項(xiàng),國(guó)家發(fā)明專利2項(xiàng),參與培育水稻新品種及新品種保護(hù)一個(gè)。
