熟悉自己的簡(jiǎn)歷,在回答問(wèn)題時(shí),所說(shuō)要和簡(jiǎn)歷所寫的保持一致。雇主在問(wèn)道工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)時(shí)可以主動(dòng)告知自己的工作地點(diǎn),工作職責(zé),學(xué)到了什么,在工作中遇到什么開心的事情等等,要保持主動(dòng),將自己的優(yōu)勢(shì)告知雇主。

How to deal with the customers complaint?
弄清緣由Firstly, I need to know the reason why the customer have complaint.
尋找解決辦法,安慰客人Secondly,I prefer to offer some methods to comfort the customers,such as giving them some fruit as gifts or giving them little discount.
實(shí)在解決不了,尋找同事或者上級(jí)幫忙Finally, if I really can’t solve this problem,I will find my colleagues or supervisor to help me.
也可以舉例子說(shuō)一件自己遇到的事情,然后自己是如果處理好讓客戶滿意的。
