研究領域
主要研究領域為國際金融、國際貿(mào)易、政府治理和改革、中國經(jīng)濟以及宏觀經(jīng)濟學。
擔任職務
同時還擔任美國布魯金斯研究所高級研究員、美國國民經(jīng)濟研究局中國經(jīng)濟研究組主任。
魏尚進教授還曾經(jīng)擔任哈佛大學肯尼迪學院公共政策副教授及助理教授（1992-2000）、布魯金斯研究所國際經(jīng)濟學新世紀講席高級研究員（1999-2001）、世界銀行顧問（1999-2000）。
另外，魏尚進教授還擔任Journal of International Economics、Journal of International Financial Markets、Institutions & Money等學術期刊的副主編和The China Economic Review的顧問編委。
