現(xiàn)居紐約市布魯克林（Brooklyn, NY）。

1998至2001年曾為Shillglen樂隊主唱。該樂隊1999年發(fā)行專輯 Sometimes I Feel ，后于2001年解散。

2003年自費發(fā)行第一張個人專輯 Good Movie。后簽約先鋒唱片（Vanguard Records）。

2006年發(fā)行EP Dead Air，同年發(fā)行第二張個人專輯 Through Toledo。

2008年發(fā)行EP How the Day Sounds，同年發(fā)行第三張個人專輯 Three Flights from Alto Nido。

2009年發(fā)行翻唱EP Covers。

2010年發(fā)行第四張個人專輯 Take A Bow。

另有 Girls Just Wanna Have Fun，Off I Go，London By Night 等多首單曲及 Sing, Theresa Says，How the Day Sounds，Take Everything 三只MV。其作品也經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)在知名電影和電視劇中。
