主要科研領(lǐng)域與方向:主要研究方向為酶的結(jié)構(gòu)與功能研究。包括酶的化學(xué)修飾、酶的催化動力學(xué)、酶結(jié)構(gòu)改變對生物活性的影響等。目前集中于蛋白質(zhì)折疊的研究,包括蛋白質(zhì)折疊中間體、折疊途徑等研究。
