研究方向
研究蛋白-蛋白相互作用界面的特征作用模式，發(fā)展調(diào)控蛋白-蛋白作用體系的小分子設(shè)計(jì)新策略。對(duì)蛋白-配體復(fù)合物親合性預(yù)測(cè)方法進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)估，以評(píng)估結(jié)果為基礎(chǔ)對(duì)現(xiàn)有方法進(jìn)行改進(jìn)和優(yōu)化。以分子模擬為手段研究與重大疾病相關(guān)的藥物靶標(biāo)與小分子化合物的相互作用，結(jié)合虛擬篩選和從頭設(shè)計(jì)的策略獲得先導(dǎo)化合物，并對(duì)其進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。
