主要研究方向
以蛋白質(zhì)晶體X射線衍射為主要手段,結合多種生物化學和生物物理等方法,研究RNA沉默和表觀遺傳學領域中蛋白質(zhì)與核酸、蛋白質(zhì)與蛋白質(zhì)之間相互作用的三維結構基礎及其重要成份的分子機制。
Using X-ray crystallography as a major method, in combination with various biophysical and biochemical methods,to study the 3-D structural basis of protein-nucleic acid and protein-protein interactions and molecular mechanisms of key components in the fields of RNA silencing and epigenetics.
