蚜蟲分類及系統(tǒng)發(fā)育、區(qū)系與動(dòng)物地理學(xué)、分子系統(tǒng)學(xué)與進(jìn)化、蚜蟲與植物關(guān)系及害蟲研究。科研項(xiàng)目
先后主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金、科技基礎(chǔ)條件平臺(tái)重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目課題、科技部基礎(chǔ)工作專項(xiàng)課題、中國(guó)科學(xué)院創(chuàng)新重要方向性項(xiàng)目、中國(guó)科學(xué)院創(chuàng)新工程領(lǐng)域前沿項(xiàng)目、國(guó)際合作等項(xiàng)目20余項(xiàng)，主要參與項(xiàng)目10項(xiàng)。主要業(yè)績(jī)
1997年至今已發(fā)表論文131篇，其中SCI收錄論文37篇；科學(xué)專著4部；科普專著1部。系統(tǒng)研究中國(guó)蚜總科昆蟲，鑒定描述400余種，重新記述國(guó)外40多種的模式標(biāo)本；建立4屬18種的新異名；對(duì)32屬蚜蟲進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)厘定，澄清了對(duì)有些類群的錯(cuò)誤記載。利用支序系統(tǒng)學(xué)的理論方法，研究扁蚜科等3科蚜蟲的系統(tǒng)發(fā)育關(guān)系，對(duì)亞科的界定和系統(tǒng)地位提出獨(dú)到見解。利用支序生物地理學(xué)方法，研究了扁蚜科昆蟲的地理分布格局和特有分布區(qū)之間的祖裔關(guān)系。利用GIS技術(shù)，對(duì)中國(guó)斑蚜科和斑蚜科側(cè)棘斑蚜屬的地理分布格局進(jìn)行了探討。利用分子生物學(xué)的方法，探討了刺蚜亞科的系統(tǒng)演化關(guān)系，為建立合理客觀的分類系統(tǒng)提供分子水平的依據(jù)；研究了扁蚜亞科的分子系統(tǒng)發(fā)育關(guān)系，探討了扁蚜亞科蠟片、蟲癭等重要形態(tài)特征的演化；基于分子數(shù)據(jù)，研究了五節(jié)根蚜族和癭綿蚜族的系統(tǒng)發(fā)育關(guān)系，分別探討了蟲癭在兩個(gè)族內(nèi)的起源和演化。基于物種信息庫(kù)，利用GIS技術(shù)和PAE分析方法，探討了青藏－喜馬拉雅地區(qū)蚜蟲的多樣性與地理分布格局，提出了該地區(qū)5個(gè)蚜蟲的特有分布區(qū)，并分析了格局的主要成因；利用相似系數(shù)，研究和對(duì)比分析了中國(guó)大陸與臺(tái)灣島嶼的蚜蟲區(qū)系的相似性與差異，討論了臺(tái)灣與中國(guó)大陸蚜蟲區(qū)系的歷史淵源；對(duì)橫斷山區(qū)蚜蟲的物種多樣性與地理分布格局進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究，從三個(gè)不同角度分析了橫斷山區(qū)蚜蟲區(qū)系的歷史淵源。目前在系統(tǒng)分類、物種多樣性、地理分布格局研究的同時(shí)，重點(diǎn)開展蚜蟲DNA分類、蚜蟲與寄主植物的協(xié)同進(jìn)化、分子系統(tǒng)學(xué)與分子進(jìn)化方面的研究。代表性科研論文
